Here for a good time, not a long time.

Because our pies are handmade with fresh, high-quality ingredients and never contain preservatives, we recommend consuming them within 3-5 days of purchase to ensure peak flavor and quality.

Storage:

Fruit Pies: Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to a month. To thaw, allow the pie to defrost in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.

Custard Pies: Store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Do not freeze.

Cream Pies: Store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Do not freeze.

Specialty Non-Fruit Pies and Tarts: Store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Do not freeze.

Reheating and Serving Suggestions:

Reheating is only recommended for fruit pies, if desired. To reheat a whole pie, preheat your oven to 300° F and cover the face of the pie with aluminum foil. Let the pie warm in the oven for about 30 minutes. For an individual slice, warm in the oven or toaster oven on a baking tray at 300° F for about 10 minutes.

We suggest that all of our pies be served after about 20 minutes of being removed from the refrigerator for peak flavor and texture!
